Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone
Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to

And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

earthguake
An earthquake is a sudden movement of the Earth (with capital letters, as we refer to the planet), caused by the sudden release of stored energy for a long time. The Earth's crust is made up of a dozen plates of about 70 km thick, each with different physical and chemical characteristics. These plates ("tectonic") are ushering in a process that takes millions of years and have been given the form we know today to the surface of our planet, causing the continents and geographical reliefs in a process that is far from complete. Usually these movements are slow and imperceptibl.
tornado
A tornado is the rotational movement of the wind violently broken, its lower end is in contact with the surface of the earth and a cumulonimbus cloud top or, exceptionally, with the base of a cloud is the phenomenon cúmulus. more intense atmosphere is known, but not widely used in the space.
avalanche
Is the fall, sudden and sharp, snow and ice that slides down a mountain. This happens when snow falls from the sky so that the layers of ice and snow on the mountain already become heavier, break off and slide down the slope. It can also occur in summer when the sun melts the snow and it slides easily.
drought
flood
A flood is the occupation by water areas that are usually free of it, either by overflow of rivers and streams, by rising tides above the usual level or avalanches caused by tsunamis

Hurricanes bring destructive winds, torrential rains, floods and tornadoes. A plaice storm can wreak havoc on coastal and inland populations and natural areas hundreds of square kilometers. But what is a hurricane? It is one of the most devastating weather events as they are capable of destroying large areas and territories reaching speeds that can exceed 250 km / h. The causes are varied hurricanes and other origin.

hurricane katrina news
Hurricane Katrina was the most destructive and causing more deaths of the hurricane season in the Atlantic in 2005.
This hurricane has caused more economic damage, as well as one of the five deadliest hurricanes, in the history of the United States.3 Also, Katrina is the sixth most intense of all recorded Atlantic hurricanes. At least 1833 people died due to the hurricane itself or the subsequent floods, making it the deadliest hurricane in the United States since Hurricane San Felipe II, 1928, the total damage was estimated initially at 108 billion dollars (2005 USD), three almost four times that of the damage caused by Hurricane Andrew in 1992
On August 23, 2005 Hurricane Katrina formed over the Bahamas and crossed southern Florida as a moderate Category 1 hurricane, causing some deaths and flooding before strengthening rapidly in the Gulf of Mexico. After reaching Category 5 storm weakened before making landfall a second time as a Category 3 hurricane on August 29 in southeast Louisiana. The Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast from Florida to Texas because of its intensification. The largest number of deaths occurred in New Orleans, which was flooded because its levee system failed, collapsing many of them several hours after the hurricane had continued inland. 80% of the city and large areas of neighboring parishes were flooded, remaining so for semanas.5 However, major property damage occurred in coastal areas, such as the flooding in hours of all the coastal towns of Mississippi , dragging numerous boats and floating casinos ashore, prompting his collision with buildings, waves reaching distances of 10-19 km from the costa
The failure of the protections of New Orleans is considered the largest civil engineering disaster in the history of United States6 and resulted in a lawsuit against the Army Corps of Engineers of the United States, which designed and built the levee system, under Flood Control Act of 1965. The Corps was found responsible for the failure of levees and flood by Judge Stanwood Duval in January 2008.7 but when dealing with a federal agency could not be held responsible economic because immunity established by the Flood Control Act , 1928. Similarly, it conducted an investigation into the actions of federal, state and local levels, which led to the resignation of Michael D. Brown, director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA, for short English), and Eddie Compass, superintendent of the Police Department of New Orleans.
Several agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and National Weather Service were praised for her performance, which counted for accurate weather forecasts well in antelación.8 However, even the most insistent warnings by officials of various bodies to the residents to evacuate the area before the hurricane hit did not reflect the possibility that the levees might ceder.
Due to the significant economic damage and personal materials left along the Gulf Coast, the name Katrina was officially removed from the list by the World Meteorological Organization at the request of the U.S. government, so it will never be used to designate a hurricane in the North Atlantic. Katia was the name chosen to replace him in the list III of the payroll, which would be used for the first time in 2011
